Every engagement is a fixed set of monthly deliverables, listed above in full. Work outside that list is real work. It's quoted from a published menu, agreed in advance, and never absorbed quietly into your retainer. You will never receive a surprise invoice, or a diluted service.
NOTE 2 - WHAT WE DON'T DO
We do not do bookkeeping, and we do not file taxes. Your bookkeeper records. We review, certify, and direct. Your accountant files. We make sure what they file is true. If you need either, we'll introduce you to people we trust.
NOTE 3 - HOW MONTH ONE WORKS
The one time implementation fee covers the immediate overhaul of your financial plumbing. Days 1 to 5. Forensic review of your books, followed by a findings memo stating what's broken and what it distorts. Weeks 2 to 3. The automated stack and the live model. Week 4. Your first board grade pack.
